Eric H. Light, Esq. is a detail-oriented, client-conscious attorney with more than 15 years of legal experience in Florida primarily practicing estate planning law. Mr. Light has a proven track record of making his clients his #1 priority, and he is available for his clients whenever they are in need of his help. He is known for going above and beyond for his clients and you will find his fees to be reasonable and his attention to detail to be impeccable.   He ensures that each client’s life plans are addressed and their unique needs met, whether simple or complex.  With Eric H. Light, Esq. you will not only receive the legal services you need, but you will find a friend and counselor who will be with you during each major event in your life.   If you cannot meet with him at his office in Boca Raton during normal business hours, he will work with you over the telephone or travel to your home or office if it is more convenient for you.

Mr. Light is a lifelong Floridian having spent most of his formative years in Naples.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in political science from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, in 1995. He later earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, in 2000, where among other things he was awarded the William Crews Pro Bono Service Award.

In 2001, attorney Eric H. Light earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. Since earning this prestigious degree from Miami (the only law school in the country offering this type of LL.M. degree), he has limited his practice to the following areas of law: estate planning; probate and trust administration; taxation; corporate and business law; asset protection; guardianship law; and domicile planning. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the U.S. Tax Court and the Tax, Real Property and Probate Sections of the Florida Bar.
